Mission & Vision

Help us expand our reach, learn more about our partnership opportunities.

 

We strive to foster healthier habits in our community to build lifelong skills that promote healthy living with movement, nutrition, and mindfulness.

We work hard to empower children, teens, and families to live a more positive lifestyle with our after-school programs. We aim to secure funding to help more people become their healthiest selves. While we’ve made great strides in our efforts to assist young people and families, we still have a lot to accomplish.

 

We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be their healthiest self. It’s why we hope to further develop our programming and resources by fundraising at our annual golf tournament, Koats 4 Kidz drive, grant-seeking opportunities, and business partnerships and sponsorship.

After- School Programs
Since 2016 Fitucate Foundation has partnered with local community programs, OPS, and Council Bluffs Community School District to provide fitness and nutrition education. The need to reduce the obesity rate amongst all children is the driving purpose for Fitucate.

  • Partnered with 6 Council Bluffs Elementary & Middle Schools
  • Over 2,000 Kids have participated our after school program since 2016
  • Donated over 4,000 new winter coats to OPS students since 2016
